The worst experience that could ever imagine
Pavluk-trans the worst customer service from their drivers that I have ever seen in my life. Let's start with the fact that no one warned us that we would be transferred on another bus in Lviv this time. Now that we have arrived in Lviv, they just left us near the ticket office with our suitcases imagine 4 suitcases, it’s about to rain and the driver that we traveled with from Ternopil tells us “they will explain everything to you at the ticket office”. Well, there the guy at the cash register that showed us which bus was ours that was going to Poland airport. I saw oh nice drivers are inside, excellent I thought that I could just ask them kindly to put our luggage on the bus, so we don’t have to carry it with us for 2,5 hours. Well, I approached those morons because I wouldn't call them anything else (sorry for my language). They told us " what do you want? Can’t help you, no boarding until 9am" well, we went to the dispatcher again to ask them maybe they could help us, after that those drivers accepted our luggage, damn it with such an attitude quote: “omg ladies you really had to phone our supervisor just to put you luggage, seriously??!!! We are treating you with respect and you really needed to do that seriously?” My response: “ well sorry we approached you kindly to ask for it, you refused what else you wanted us to do” and after this our story just started, they started treating us like we’re some sort of garbage. He took the suitcases, the guy yells at us "girls, go watch your luggage, I won't close the bus storage area until everyone is on the bus and look after it yourself otherwise someone will steal than it’s not my problem", and my mother said, well, just close the door and that's it. And he says “no, I won't close it." Long story short on each border Ukraine and Polish we had to unload and load it back our suitcases on the bus ourselves because they all have to go through the scanner. That's the way it’s ok we don’t have any issues with it, but when I left my sandals on the bus at the Polish border, I thought, what the hell is there to see them, and I just left them on the bus on the overhead area and our jackets. We have already gone through all scanning procedure, I return to the bus, my sandals were gone. I approach the driver, he says “I don't know, if it's not there, it means customs threw it out” I say, “how did he throw away the sandals?” Driver says “I don't know, it’s not my problem.” I was sad, but I let it go those sandals, the second driver approaches me on the bus and lets his show start on the whole bus so everyone sees it. "who forgot/lost what?" I say, me so what? And he's like, "I'll tell you what, now, and he pulls out a piece of sausage from the bag where my sandals were, and demonstrates it to the entire audience in the bus with the words, "look, passengers, because of such a piece of sausage, it should have been put there to blow up our reputation, I don’t even want to give it back to you these sandals and throws it at my mom. We both started crying, because honestly it was an accident, if I could have had a picture of that sausage I would have showed it to you, it was like 2cm piece that fell from our snack bag, but nobody even apologised to us nope, that’s how “great” Pavluk-trans drivers are. Be prepared for a show if you’re travelling with them. Never traveling with them again and don’t recommend them to any of my friends not even enemies, we went through hell.
